Larry Wendum

Larry has a very successful track record in closing two to five family residential buildings. He created Wenco Realty after realizing that top brokers do not focus on these assets. Larry has specialized in these assets since 2013, with a particular strength in identifying opportunities and closing deals quickly and efficiently.

Larry earned his Masters in Real Estate Finance at New York University and graduated Cum Laude with a B.A. in Economics from Brandeis University, which included a semester abroad at Oxford University.
